"It started as a blog back in 2009. We started sharing photos of our friends finding ways to connect with surfing when away from the ocean. This culminated in a photo library of Urban Barrels from not only our community but from a global community of adventurers getting barreled around the world." - Co-founder, Jp MacDonell.
Today, Urban Barrels is leveraging their community to introduce a new product line that fits directly into the lifestyle surrounding the brand. "The Sail Blanket is an extension of everything we have accomplished with introducing The BagTowel two years ago on Kickstarter. Our community asked for a larger towel that could be transported easily, is machine washable and continues our commitment to reducing waste in landfills and building high quality and durable goods in California." - Co-Founder, Mat MacDonell.
Check out the Kickstarter Campaign that goes live on November 17, 2016. The first 255 "Early Bird" orders will recieve a discount on the retail price and have the product in hand before Christmas.
